THIS COLOMBIAN LA CHIQUITA TABI MANDARIN BEAN STARTS ITS JOURNEY BY FIRST SPENDING THREE WEEKS OF ANAEROBIC FERMENTATION WITH DEHYDRATED MANDARINS. THEN AFTER 20 DAYS OF DRYING ON RAISED BEDS, THESE MANDARIN-WASHED BEANS ARE STABILIZED IN RUM BARRELS FOR NEARLY TWO MONTHS.
